Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products and services.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and you must not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. You must not transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

Section 2 — Handmade & Made-To-Order Products

All GlowGod products are handmade and custom-poured to order for your specific vehicle. By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

• Production of your item begins after your order is placed; we do not hold ready-made inventory.
• Production and delivery take up to three (3) months (90 days) from your order date.
• Because each item is custom-made and personalised to your vehicle, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
• The product is a solid, non-illuminated clear resin piece. It does not contain any light, LED, or illumination and does not light up on its own. Any glow or lighting effect shown in our media is presentational only.
• Minor natural variations are inherent to handmade products and are not defects.

Your purchase is subject to our full Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Section 3 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of our service or website without our express written permission.

Section 4 — Accuracy and Timeliness of Information

We do our best to ensure information on this site is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update existing information. It is your responsibility to monitor any changes.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy on all screens and devices, and slight differences between images and the final handmade product are normal.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.

Section 7 — Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We may limit quantities purchased per customer, per household, or per order. If an order is changed or cancelled by us, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle model selection and shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information you provide.

Section 8 — Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or endorsement from us. Your use of any third-party tools is entirely at your own risk. We may also introduce new features or tools in the future, which will be subject to these Terms.
