GlowGod — Shipping Policy

Handmade & Made-To-Order

Every GlowGod piece is hand-poured and custom-made to order for your specific vehicle. We do not hold ready-made inventory — production for your piece begins after your order is placed. Because each item is individually crafted by hand, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Processing & Delivery Timeframe

Please allow up to 3 months (90 days) from your order date for your piece to be crafted, finished, and delivered. This timeframe reflects the handmade, made-to-order nature of every piece. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Please ensure your email and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a short time for tracking to update after dispatch. If you do not see your confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us at glowed.official@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check that your shipping address and vehicle model are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you may choose reshipment (additional shipping cost may apply) or a refund for the product price only, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delivery, Customs & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the recipient. Carrier tracking serves as confirmation of shipment and delivery status. If a parcel is held or delayed by the carrier for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve it within the carrier's stated timeframe.

Delays

While we work hard to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays outside our control (carrier issues, high demand, weather, customs) may occur. Such delays are not grounds for a refund within the stated 90-day window. We appreciate your patience — every piece is worth the wait.
