Please read carefully before ordering. By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms below.
Handmade & Made-To-Order — Please Understand Before You Buy
Every GlowGod piece is handmade and custom-poured to order for your specific vehicle. We do not hold inventory — production for your piece begins after you order. Because each item is personalised and made specifically for you, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your item is custom, made-to-order, and therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Production and delivery take up to 3 months from the order date, as each piece is individually hand-crafted. This timeframe is part of the product and is not grounds for a refund.
- You have selected the correct vehicle model and design at checkout.
Product Description — Please Note
GlowGod pieces are solid handmade clear resin inserts. The product does NOT contain any light, LED, or illumination of any kind. It does not light up or glow on its own. Any glow or lighting effect seen in our videos or photos is the result of natural light, reflection, or styling for presentation purposes only. By purchasing, you understand the product is a non-illuminated resin piece.
Production & Delivery Timeframe
Handmade production plus delivery takes up to 3 months (90 days) from your order date. This is clearly stated before purchase. Requests for refunds based on wait time, change of mind, or delivery taking the expected time cannot be accepted. We will not review any refund or order issue until the full 90-day production-and-delivery window has passed.
No Cancellations or Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because production begins immediately and each item is custom-made:
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind.
- We do not offer refunds for "it took too long" within the stated 90-day window.
- We do not offer refunds for ordering the wrong vehicle model or design (please choose carefully at checkout).
- We do not offer refunds because the product does not light up (it is not an illuminated product — see above).
The ONLY Circumstance Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
The single valid reason for a refund or replacement is: we sent you the wrong vehicle model (a model different from the one you selected and paid for at checkout).
To be eligible, all of the following are required:
- The full 90-day production-and-delivery window has passed and you have received your item.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery (per carrier tracking).
- You provide proof of your order (order number and confirmation).
- You provide a clear, continuous, unedited video that shows the issue — including the item, the design, and clearly demonstrating that the vehicle model received does not match the model ordered. Photos alone are not sufficient.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
Claims missing any of the above will not be accepted. We reserve the sole right to assess all evidence and determine eligibility.
Not Eligible (Examples)
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong model or design yourself
- Wait time within the 90-day window
- The product not lighting up (it is a non-illuminated resin piece)
- Minor handmade variations (see below)
- Claims without order proof and video evidence
- Claims made after 48 hours from delivery
Handmade Variation Disclaimer
Every piece is poured and finished by hand. Small natural variations in the resin, finish, figure placement, tiny bubbles, or slight differences from photos are normal characteristics of a handmade product — not defects — and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives physically broken due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order proof and a clear unedited video showing the damage and the packaging. Approved transit-damage claims are eligible for a replacement only (not a refund), once the full process above is verified.
How to Submit a Valid Claim
Email glowed.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with: (1) your order number, (2) proof of purchase, and (3) the required unedited video. Do not send anything back without written authorisation — unauthorised returns are not accepted.
Delivery, Customs & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and recipient. Carrier tracking is confirmation of shipment and delivery. If a parcel is held by customs or a carrier for unpaid duties, taxes, verification, or any other reason, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve within the carrier's timeframe. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Parcels returned due to address errors may be resent at the customer's cost.
Uncollected or Returned Shipments
Shipments returned due to non-collection, refusal, or unresolved customs are not considered a failed delivery if tracking confirms the parcel reached the destination country. Reshipment may incur additional cost.
